Gift cards can be redeemed for tickets to any performances at the Benedum Center, Byham Theater, O’Reilly Theater, Heinz Hall or Cabaret.
Gift cards must be redeemed by mail, in person at the box office, or by phone. They cannot be redeemed online.
The Cultural District is not responsible for gift cards that are lost or stolen. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, parking, merchandise, concessions or at any restaurants.

You may purchase a Cultural District gift card by calling the box office at 412-456-6666, visiting the Box Office at Theater Square (located at the corner of Penn Avenue and Seventh Street, Downtown Pittsburgh) or on-line with this secure form.

Gift cards can be mailed to you or a specified recipient and should be received within 5 to 7 days from the time of purchase.
