The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Pittsburgh Dance Council has brought leading contemporary dance companies from around the world to the Cultural District since 1969, presenting diverse, world‑class works including U.S. and world premieres. For more than 50 years, the Dance Council has supported thousands of local, national, and international artists and has been a programming division of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust since 2002.
