Parking 

Heinz Hall is located within walking distance of more than 6,500 parking spaces in the Cultural District! Season ticket holders have the first opportunity to purchase pre-paid guaranteed parking in the 6th and Penn garage across the street from Heinz Hall for just $18 per concert.

When You Arrive with Paper Pass

Pull a parking ticket from the gate when you enter the garage.
(Be sure to keep this ticket with you.)

When You Exit

First, scan the parking ticket you received upon entry at the gate.
Then, scan the QR code provided by the Heinz Hall Box Office.
Once both are scanned, the gate will open and you may exit.

When You Arrive with QR Code in Email or App

Scan the QR from either your confirmation email of from your PSO app.

When You Exit

Scan the same Parking QR code to exit the garage.
